The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that by purchasing access to the VIP Day Waitlist through WL Costa Properties, they understand and accept the following terms:

The €100 deposit secures the Purchaser’s place for one of the upcoming VIP Days of their choice. The deposit will be applied toward the final balance of the selected VIP Day.
The deposit is non-refundable. If the Purchaser is unable to attend their selected VIP Day, the deposit may be transferred to a different future VIP Day date.
The remaining balance of the VIP Day fee will be due prior to attending the chosen VIP Day.
Community and Q&A access are provided for personal use only. The Purchaser agrees to participate respectfully and understands that WL Costa Properties reserves the right to remove access in cases of inappropriate conduct.
WL Costa Properties reserves the right to reschedule VIP Day dates. In such case, the Purchaser’s deposit will automatically transfer to the rescheduled or another future VIP Day.
The Purchaser acknowledges that participation in the community and Q&A calls is voluntary and at their own risk. WL Costa Properties accepts no liability for technical issues, interruptions, or outcomes of advice provided during calls.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WL Costa Properties is registered.
