Terms and Conditions


Booking and Payment
All coaching sessions and packages must be booked and paid in full prior to the first session.


Payments are non-refundable once the coaching program has begun.


Scheduling and Cancellations


Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.


In the case of the 6-week program, all sessions must be completed within the designated time frame unless prior agreement is made.


Access to Tools and Resources
Access to Kajabi tools will be provided as outlined in the package description. These resources are non-transferable and intended for personal use only.


Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential. The coach agrees not to disclose any personal details or session content without the client’s written consent, except as required by law. Sandra Laurie coaching operates inline with the ICF code of ethics.
Client Responsibility and Limitation of Liability


Coaching is a collaborative process, and clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions taken as a result of the coaching sessions.


While the coach provides guidance and support, the client acknowledges that the ultimate responsibility for their relocation journey lies with them.
